Menopause is a natural part of life that signals the end of your childbearing years. Often happening between ages 45 and 55, it comes with some hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep issues. But it’s also a chance to focus on yourself and start fresh in new ways.

Hormones, amirite?!

There are actually many hormones in your body, but Estrogen’s activity is most noted during menopause. Estrogen gets all yo-yo during menopause. Your hormones interact with and affect several different organ functioning. Functions like sleep, skin, and mood. Phew!
